Refund policy

- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 21 days of receipt to receive instructions for the return. Items must be post marked no later than 21 days to receive a refund. If it is post marked after we will be unable to issue the refund. Items must be in their original sealed condition. Due to the nature of unlacquered brass and the affect that air exposure and human handling has on the product, an opened package cannot be resold. If you send back an open package, we will be unable to issue a refund.  Further, any custom pot rail, vanity, bistro shelving, or other item made/modified specifically for you is non-returnable and under no circumstances can that order be cancelled after payment is made.
